How a mobile pump track is created
Planning
The planning of a mobile pump track begins with the analysis of the available area, which is either measured by us or provided by the client. Important: The surface must be as even as possible, as unevenness impairs the riding experience. If necessary, it is straightened before installation.
Thanks to our newly developed modular system, flexible routes can be created that fit perfectly into the terrain and take obstacles such as trees or lampposts into account.
We also offer fast rendering to visualize the planned modular pump track in advance. Depending on the scope of the project, however, this may be subject to a charge.

Production
At our production facility in Laives, we shape the surfaces of our modular pump tracks using heat and pressure. We use recycled plastics that could otherwise only be incinerated – especially composite materials from packaging or Tetra packs that are difficult to separate.
Our surface offers the ideal compromise between slip resistance and low risk of injury. It is grippy enough for optimum grip, but at the same time not too rough to minimize abrasions in the event of a fall. It also has light cushioning, which reduces impact forces and thus further reduces the risk of injury.
The substructure of our modular pump track is assembled directly in Laives. We obtain the galvanized steel parts used for this from a specialist company in the immediate vicinity.
After installation, the substructure is securely connected to the roadway using detachable screw connections. This system enables a stable, durable and sustainable construction that can be extended or adapted at any time.
Delivery
Our pump track modules are loaded onto pallets to save space and can therefore be transported easily and efficiently by truck. This packaging method enables fast loading, safe transportation and problem-free delivery directly to the place of use.
Assembly
Thanks to the assembly instructions supplied, our mobile pump track can be set up and dismantled quickly. A team of 2-3 people with some manual skills will need no more than one day for the complete assembly. This means that the pump track can be used flexibly, moved or extended – without any costly construction work.
